We crafted a holistic plan spanning organic SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, and tangible assets like flyers and door hangers, to drive customer acquisition and kickstart their journey in the market.

The Solution: A Top-to-Bottom Marketing Strategy

We built Detaild's digital and physical presence from the ground up, developing a custom-coded website, initiating a comprehensive SEO campaign, and orchestrating a diverse marketing strategy that encompassed both online and offline aspects.

Dynamic Website with Custom-Coded Booking Tool

We designed a custom website complete with an in-house booking tool linked to our expansive database that houses every car make and model. This unique tool provides customers with immediate quotes, eliminating the need for phone calls and challenging menu navigation. This innovation significantly enhanced the user experience, driving both engagement and conversions.

Branded Physical Assets for Enhanced Customer Experience

Understanding the importance of tangible touchpoints, we curated a gift box for customers. We created all the designs and sourced the materials, getting the cost down to just $5/box. This box, etched with Detaild's branding, included:

  • Branded cardboard box
  • Branded lanyards
  • Embroidered keychains showcasing the brand
  • A $25 coupon to foster word-of-mouth referrals
  • A "thank you" postcard featuring a QR code to prompt customer reviews
  • Custom stickers and business cards to further the brand's reach

We instructed their team to give this box to each customer after the service. This not only distinguished Detaild from hobbyist side hustles but also solidified its image as a professional, customer-centric business. The inclusion of these tangible assets amplified customer appreciation, increased the amount of tips received, generated more word-of-mouth referrals, and enhanced the customers' overall experience with Detaild.

Organic SEO

Effective organic SEO strategies were employed to enhance Detaild's online presence. We crafted SEO-optimized service pages to generate traffic for the various services Detaild offered, ensuring that potential customers could easily find the specific care solutions they were seeking. Additionally, we created location pages tailored to each area Detaild operated in, strategically driving traffic from different regions and boosting overall visibility.

Paid Advertising

Targeted paid media campaigns on social media, particularly Facebook ads, were implemented to boost visibility and engagement. We averaged a $4.59 CPL (Cost Per Lead). With a minimal average daily spend of $27, we generated 5.9 leads per day, totaling 496 leads over the 84-day campaign.

Physical Assets

We designed custom graphics and sourced Detaild with flyers, door hangers, business cards, carpet covers, employee merch, and gift boxes. These assets were designed to generate word-of-mouth referrals and make the brand stand out in the physical world.

In addition to creating the door hangers, we created a custom tracking solution to measure their effectiveness. We created a unique QR code for each door hanger, allowing us to track the number of scans and the number of conversions. This data allowed us to determine the effectiveness of the door hangers and make adjustments to the campaign accordingly.
